As In-Room Dining Manager, you will lead and oversee the daily operations of the In-Room Dining department, ensuring exceptional service delivery and memorable guest experiences. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of luxury service, operational efficiency, and team engagement, while consistently exceeding guest expectations.

What you will be doing:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the In-Room Dining team, fostering a culture of excellence and engagement
- Oversee all aspects of the In-Room Dining operation, ensuring service standards are consistently met
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverage orders to guest rooms
- Monitor quality, presentation, and consistency of all menu offerings
- Collaborate with the Culinary team to enhance menus and create innovative guest experiences
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
- Manage scheduling, labor costs, and departmental productivity
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Identify opportunities to improve service, increase revenue, and enhance operational efficiency
- Train and coach team members on luxury service standards and product knowledge
- Other duties assigned
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- Previous leadership experience in Food & Beverage, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
- Strong understanding of In-Room Dining operations and service standards
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
- Exceptional guest service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Serving It Right certification required
Additional Information
Your team and working environment:
You will lead a dynamic In-Room Dining team, delivering personalized service directly to our guests’ rooms. This role requires strong collaboration with Culinary, Stewarding, and Front Office teams to ensure a seamless and elevated guest experience.
Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
