For over 25 years, Global Relay has set the standard in enterprise information archiving with industry-leading cloud archiving, surveillance, eDiscovery, and analytics solutions. We securely capture and preserve the communications data of the world's most highly regulated firms, giving them greater visibility and control over their information and ensuring compliance with stringent regulations.
Though we offer competitive compensation and benefits and all the other perks one would expect from an established company, we are not your typical technology company. We believe great businesses thrive on diversity, inclusion, and the contributions of all employees. To that end, we recruit candidates from different backgrounds and foster a work environment that encourages employees to collaborate and learn from each other, completely free of barriers.

- Research and document technical information on an ad-hoc basis
- Present solutions for our customers' needs based on Global Relay's policies, procedures and technologies
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Repetitive work required
About you:
- Post-secondary diploma/certificate, or relevant work experience
- Technical/desktop troubleshooting skills, and computer proficiency required
- Understands importance of quality control, information integrity, completeness and accuracy of data
- Ability to write and speak English fluently, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint & Outlook)
- Exceptional time-management, organizational, and prioritizing skills with great attention to detail
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to multi-task and be flexible to take on varied responsibilities
- Ability and maturity to exercise tact and discretion, and be entrusted with confidential information
- Good judgment to proactively and independently solve problems and make sound decisions
- Goal oriented self-starter who can work independently and reliably with minimal supervision
- Demonstrates technical aptitude and an appetite for continuous learning
- Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to handle challenging situations with integrity, empathy and sincerity
