Jereh Canada Corporation is hiring an Account Manager, Oilfield Services in Calgary to support customer growth, account development, and commercial activity across frac, pressure pumping, stimulation, completions, coiled tubing, and related oilfield service markets in Western Canada.

This is a field-facing commercial role supporting customer relationship management, sales growth, and business development across operator and service company accounts. The position is responsible for growing customer relationships, identifying commercial opportunities, supporting quotations and bid activity, coordinating with internal teams, and strengthening Jereh Canada Corporation’s market presence across frac, pressure pumping, stimulation, coiled tubing, and broader oilfield service applications.

This role is a strong fit for someone with experience in:

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow customer accounts across the oilfield services market in Calgary and surrounding regions.
  • Develop new business opportunities related to frac, pressure pumping, stimulation, coiled tubing, drilling support, and customer operating requirements.
  • Build relationships with operators, pressure pumping groups, coiled tubing teams, completions personnel, drilling stakeholders, and procurement leaders.
  • Identify revenue opportunities tied to fracturing, pressure pumping, stimulation, coiled tubing, drilling support, and other related oilfield service applications.
  • Serve as a primary commercial point of contact for assigned accounts and prospects.
  • Conduct account planning, customer mapping, regular call activity, site visits, and follow-up to grow wallet share and strengthen market presence.
  • Coordinate with operations, service, leadership, and internal stakeholders to ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and commercial support is aligned.
  • Support quotations, bid responses, customer follow-up, and ongoing account management activity.
  • Track market activity, customer developments, and competitor movement to help shape sales strategy.
  • Communicate with customers, operations, field service, procurement, and leadership teams to support responsive commercial execution.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts related to account coverage, customer responsiveness, commercial follow-up, and market penetration.
  • Follow all company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and workplace safety standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support commercial growth and customer relationships.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in account management, business development, sales, customer relationship management, or commercial support within oilfield services or related energy markets.
  • Experience supporting customer accounts, sales activity, or commercial growth in frac, pressure pumping, stimulation, completions, coiled tubing, drilling support, or related oilfield service environments.
  • Working knowledge of customer account management, commercial follow-up, quotations, sales processes, and relationship development.
  • Experience supporting or coordinating bid activity, quotations, account planning, customer meetings, or commercial discussions.
  • Ability to work in Calgary and support business operations as needed.
  • Strong communication, organization, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with customers, service teams, operations, and leadership.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, energy, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in frac, pressure pumping, stimulation, coiled tubing, completions, drilling support, or oilfield equipment service environments.
  • Experience supporting commercial activity for fracturing equipment, pressure pumping equipment, stimulation support, coiled tubing equipment, drilling support equipment, or related oilfield service equipment.
  • Strong network among Canadian oilfield operators, pressure pumping groups, service companies, and field stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with oilfield equipment sales, service support, aftermarket commercial activity, or field-based customer support models.
  • Experience coordinating with operations, field service, procurement, leadership, and customer teams.
  • Experience supporting account growth, customer retention, market development, or commercial process improvement.
  • Bilingual skills are considered an asset.
