About Us

Quattro Ventures is a growing agricultural business based in Bow Island. We value teamwork, reliability, and a can-do attitude. As our operations expand, we’re looking for a capable and positive Administrative Assistant to support our leadership team and help keep things running smoothly.

Role Overview

This role provides essential administrative and clerical support across various areas of the business. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, a key support to our management team, and an organizer behind the scenes who keeps operations efficient and professional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet walk-in customers and direct phone calls
  • Organize meetings and maintain schedules
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence (email, letters, reports)
  • Manage/maintain filing systems (paper and digital)
  • Maintain and update internal policies and procedures
  • Order and track office supplies
  • Keep contact lists up to date
  • Update company website and manage social media accounts
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • General office duties as needed
  • Provide accounts payable support
  • Track and reconcile expense reports
  • Seed administration of paperwork

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
  • High integrity and ability to manage confidential information
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Confident working independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Comfortable with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)
  • Experience managing websites or social media

Bonus (Not Required, But Great to Have)

  • Prior experience with government grant administration
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping or accounting systems
  • Familiarity with pedigreed seed regulations
  • Experience in business administration
