Senior Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant
North York, ON | Full-Time | On-Site

Cambrian Springs and Blaze Coffee are growing Toronto-based companies providing water delivery, office coffee solutions, filtration systems, and workplace beverage services across the GTA.
We are looking for an elite-level bookkeeper who doesn't just enter numbers — you understand them, improve processes, and become a trusted partner to ownership.

What You'll Own
✓ Full-cycle bookkeeping across multiple companies
✓ Accounts payable and receivable
✓ Bank and credit card reconciliations
✓ Month-end close and journal entries
✓ HST, payroll, CRA, and WSIB compliance
✓ Financial reporting and cash flow tracking
✓ Vendor and customer account management
✓ Administrative support and process improvements
Who We’re Looking For
✓ 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
✓ Strong QuickBooks Online skills
✓ Experience with Canadian payroll, HST, and CRA requirements
✓ Strong Excel skills
✓ Extremely detail-oriented and organized
✓ Proactive, reliable, and takes ownership
Experience in distribution, logistics, route-based businesses, or service companies is an asset.
