Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Restaurant General Manager to oversee all aspects of our bustling restaurant operations. In this pivotal role, you will lead a talented team, ensure top-tier customer service, and maintain the highest standards of food quality and safety. Duties

  • Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to company standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness
  • Supervise and motivate staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and conducting performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team
  • Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to guarantee consistency, presentation, and compliance with food safety regulations
  • Manage cash handling, POS systems (such as Micros POS), and financial transactions accurately and securely
  • Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints promptly, and creating memorable dining experiences
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards
  • Conduct regular safety inspections, enforce food handling procedures, and uphold food safety protocols in line with industry regulations

Experience

  • Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced restaurant or food service environment with a strong track record of team management and leadership
  • Extensive food industry knowledge including food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
  • Hands-on experience with restaurant management systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
  • Strong background in customer service excellence within hospitality settings
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling practices
  • Previous experience in restaurant management roles within the hospitality or hotel industry is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to interview, train, and develop staff while fostering a positive team environment
