Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Territory Manager based in Hamilton area to drive business development and growth in the South-western Ontario regional area. Reporting to the Sales Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding existing client relationships while developing new opportunities, working closely with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the assigned territory.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively managing existing accounts and acquiring new clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with orthotists, physiotherapists, kinesiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to clients on the optimal use and benefits of our products.
  • Negotiate and finalize business agreements with strategic partners.
  • Represent the company at congresses, industry events, and professional training sessions.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Physiotherapy, or Athletic Therapy (an asset).
  • Proven experience in sales, ideally within the medical, orthopedic, or phlebology field (strong asset).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Highly organized, autonomous, and results-driven.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and priorities, ensuring timely execution and follow-up.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
