Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Head Chef/Kitchen Manager for our upscale Middle Eastern restaurant in downtown Toronto to lead our culinary team. As the driving force behind food preparation, safety, and service excellence, you will ensure that every dish meets our high standards while fostering a positive, team-oriented atmosphere.   • 3 years of experience as Head Chef (required)
  • Experience preparing upscale Middle Eastern Cuisine (required)
  • Experience with inventory management software (required)
  • Strong track record of success in the food service industry
  • Solid understanding and experience with finance/stock control/budgets
  • Strong communication, organizational, operational and people skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Punctual and reliable

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
