Duties

• Conduct product demos and upselling to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and promote featured products
• Handle customer concerns professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive experience
• Manage time efficiently during busy periods to serve multiple customers quickly without sacrificing quality
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online communication channels

Skills

• Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively
• Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or technical sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency is a plus for engaging a broader customer base
