We are currently seeking a Grande Prairie Branch Manager to lead our Grande Prairie operations. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the overall performance of the branch—including operations, customer satisfaction, employee development, financial performance, and business growth.

What you'll be doing

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Grande Prairie branch
• Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of technicians and support staff
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while supporting business growth
• Monitor labour utilization, work-in-progress, scheduling, and branch performance
• Review operational and financial metrics to improve productivity and profitability
• Collaborate with Service, Parts, Operations, and Administration to ensure efficient branch operations
• Champion a strong safety culture and operational excellence
• Recruit, retain, and develop skilled employees while fostering a positive team environment

What you bring

Required

• Minimum 5 years of experience in frac repair, oilfield equipment repair, pressure pumping, oilfield service operations, or a related industrial environment
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and drive operational performance
• Strong customer relationship and business development skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making abilities
• Strong understanding of labour planning, scheduling, and operational efficiency
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business management software

Preferred

• Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician, Millwright, or related trade certification
• Experience leading service or industrial operations
• Experience managing budgets, labour utilization, and branch performance
• Strong knowledge of oilfield service equipment and repair operations
