THE JOB

Looking for a fast-paced, active job that keeps you moving and puts cash in your pocket Join our crew as a Truck Helper and become part of a hardworking team that helps keep communities clean and running smoothly!

In this role, you’ll work side-by-side with a driver supporting residential and commercial garbage and recycling collection routes. You’ll ride along on side-load and rear-load trucks, collecting waste and recyclables while making sure materials are safely transported and properly disposed of at designated sites.

This is a physically active, outdoor position perfect for people who enjoy hands-on work and staying on the move. You’ll be lifting, pushing, and pulling containers weighing between 50 to 75 pounds throughout the shift while working in all weather conditions. Clear communication and teamwork are essential, and safety always comes first — you’ll receive training on proper procedures and required hand signals before hitting the road.
