How you'll make an impact
  • Prepare quarterly reports for internal Account Managers and external clients
  • Prepare accompanying analysis reports and cost saving alternative reports as required
  • Communicate effectively regarding report status and complete tasks on time
  • Communicate professionally with clients and suppliers when requiring additional data
  • Build rapport with clients and, as required, assist Account Managers with presenting report findings
  • Navigate Microsoft Access databases and process bi-weekly and monthly data imports
  • Prepare and assist clients with submitting mandated government and legislative report requirements]
  • Address any questions/concerns from team members, clients and suppliers
  • Research claim trend anomalies when requested by Account Managers and their support team
  • Gain understanding of internal database reporting systems and recommend processes/projects for efficiency

About you
  • Post-secondary graduate from an accredited college or university. A business related diploma would be an asset.
  • Data enthusiast
  • Practical understanding of benefits administration processes is considered an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical/problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced professional team environment
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work closely with team members to implement new
