Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Handy Man will ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards, providing exceptional service to our clients.

Duties

  • Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Handle plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and installing fixtures.
  • Conduct electrical repairs including replacing outlets, switches, and light fixtures.
  • Assemble furniture and equipment as needed.
  • Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to maintain aesthetics.
  • Perform minor carpentry work including repairing doors, windows, and cabinetry.
  • Respond promptly to service requests from clients.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing all tasks.

Skills
