Driver / Mover (G-Class) – Get Paid to Stay Active!
TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Burlington is hiring Drivers immediately! If you enjoy staying active, working with a great team, helping people, and getting paid for your effort, this could be the perfect fit.
No two days are the same. You'll work alongside supportive teammates, stay physically active, meet new people, and earn great money through hourly pay, tips, bonuses, and overtime opportunities.
Pay & Earnings
Starting Pay: $19.85 – $20.85 per hour with opportunities for raises based on performance!
Plus:
  • Monthly performance bonuses
  • 100% of customer tips kept by crew members
  • Average tips of $200–$500 per week for full-time team members
  • Weekly direct deposit
  • Overtime after 44 hours

What You'll Do
  • Safely operate a 26-foot moving truck
  • Complete daily vehicle inspections
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Safely move household and office items
  • Pack, unpack, assemble, and disassemble furniture
  • Complete digital paperwork with customers
  • Work closely with your team to deliver exceptional moving experiences
  • We work hard, move fast, and have fun doing it.
What We're Looking For
You must:
  • Be at least 25 years old
  • Possess a valid Ontario G-Class driver's license
  • Have a clean driving record
Successful candidates are:

  • Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
Experience is helpful but not required. Candidates from these industries often succeed:
  • Moving

You should also:
  • Have access to basic hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, hex keys)
  • Be able to lift and carry items weighing 80 pounds or more
  • Be comfortable climbing stairs, walking, balancing, and staying active throughout the day
