About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and detail-oriented White Glove Furniture Delivery Driver to join our team.

This is not a standard delivery position. Our White Glove delivery service involves transporting, carefully handling, assembling, and placing high-quality furniture in our clients' homes and businesses while providing an exceptional level of service.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience driving a cube van, a strong understanding of safe furniture handling practices, and a commitment to delivering a premium customer experience.

As a key representative of CF Interiors, you will be expected to demonstrate professionalism, care, and attention to detail at every stage of the delivery process.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a cube van to transport and deliver furniture to residential and commercial locations.
• Provide White Glove furniture delivery service, including careful unloading, unpacking, assembly, placement, and setup of furniture in clients' homes or businesses.
• Handle high-end furniture with exceptional care, ensuring items are protected from damage throughout transportation and installation.
• Take appropriate precautions to protect clients' homes, including floors, walls, doorways, and surrounding furnishings during deliveries.
• Load and secure furniture properly in the delivery vehicle using appropriate protective materials and equipment.
• Assemble and position furniture according to manufacturer instructions and client preferences.
• Remove and properly dispose of packaging materials, leaving the delivery area clean and presentable.
• Inspect furniture before and after delivery, documenting any damages or concerns and completing required delivery paperwork.
• Communicate professionally with clients and the dispatch team regarding delivery schedules, access requirements, and any unexpected issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and seamless delivery experience.
• Maintain the cleanliness and overall condition of the delivery vehicle and report any maintenance or repair needs.
• Follow all traffic regulations, workplace safety procedures, and safe lifting practices.
• Assist with warehouse operations as needed, including receiving, organizing, packing, and moving furniture.

Your Skillset Includes

• Previous experience driving a cube van is required. Candidates must be confident and experienced in safely operating a cube van, including navigating residential streets, parking, reversing, and manoeuvring in tight spaces.
• Valid Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driving record is required.
• Previous experience in furniture delivery, moving, or a similar physically demanding delivery role.
• Experience with White Glove furniture delivery, furniture assembly, or high-end furniture handling is strongly preferred.
• Ability to safely lift and move heavy furniture (up to 50–75 lbs) regularly, using proper techniques and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to protecting both furniture and clients' properties.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly, courteous, and professional approach.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a delivery team.
• Comfortable using basic tools and following furniture assembly instructions.
• Professional appearance and demeanor when representing CF Interiors in clients' homes and businesses.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35.0 per week
