We are currently looking for a passionate Sale Consultant who loves design, sales, and premium customer service to join our Must Société Ottawa team !

Your Role:
Under the supervision of the Sales Manager, the Sales Consultant is responsible for warmly welcoming customers, providing expert advice, and promoting the sale of the brand’s products and services. As the client’s first point of contact, the Sales Consultant identifies their needs and offers personalized solutions, while maximizing sales and achieving individual performance targets. To ensure exceptional customer experience, the Sales Consultant provides flawless follow-up throughout the process, right up to delivery.

Your Day-to-Day as a Sales Consultant at Must Société:

  • Welcome, guide, and advise customers while ensuring impeccable, professional, and courteous service;
  • Support clients through every step of their design projects by offering a unique experience that reflects the company’s high standards;
  • Engage in active prospecting to expand your client portfolio and capture new markets;
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by maximizing opportunities and contributing actively to revenue growth;
  • Maintain regular, close follow-up on your sales to ensure timely and convenient delivery for clients;
  • Remain available to address client questions and concerns;
  • Always uphold the aesthetic standards and visual presentation established by our team.

Do You Have the Right Profile?
You’ll thrive at Must Société if you have the following skills and qualities:

  • A strong interest in design and the exceptional world of high-end furniture;
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in luxury product sales;
  • Recognized academic training in design or a professional interior design accreditation (an asset);
  • Proven ability to develop business and identify new growth opportunities;
  • Active listening and excellent communication skills;
  • A confident and professional approach;
  • A positive, dynamic, and respectful attitude toward clients and colleagues.
