Join Our Team

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Manager, Campaign to lead the planning, execution and optimization of out campaign and other fundraising activities. This role is ideal for someone who excels at cross-functional collaboration and has a passion for delivering impactful fundraising campaigns. This position has province-wide responsibility and is based in St. John's at our Association Services Office and has the flexibility to work remotely from time to time. Travel may be required.

Job Requirements

  • A University education or equivalent of education and fundraising experience, specifically in a non-profit setting with a minimum of 4 years' experience
  • Proven success in managing and executing fundraising campaigns with measurable results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of fundraising best practices, trends, and legal requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Experience using a donor management system is an asset
  • CFRE is an asset
  • Criminal Records Check are reviewed on an individual basis
