Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. Must have Smart Serve. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in a lively environment while delivering memorable experiences to our patrons.

Responsibilities

  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS
  • Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, bar, and service stations
  • Ensure food safety standards are consistently met, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and drink options to enhance guest experience
  • Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously with effective time management
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down service areas before and after shifts
  • Uphold hospitality standards by creating a welcoming environment for all guests

Skills

  • Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially with serving and bartending roles
