Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily administrative and financial operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in accounting software and bookkeeping, ensuring smooth office functions and accurate financial record-keeping. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the efficiency of our organization while utilizing your expertise in accounting and office management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including administrative support and staff coordination
  • Oversee accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation
  • Utilize accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, and Xero to maintain accurate financial records
  • Perform bank reconciliations and account analysis to ensure financial accuracy
  • Handle payroll processing and related documentation with precision
  • Maintain organized bookkeeping records and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Assist in budgeting processes and financial reporting
  • Support vendor relationships and manage invoice processing
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and audit requirements

Experience

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a focus on accounting functions
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or similar platforms
  • Demonstrated knowledge of bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliation processes
  • Experience with account analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role

Pay: $25.00-$33.00 per hour
