Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the daily operations of our property management activities, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction for our residents. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Duties

  • Assist the Property Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the property, including maintenance and tenant relationship.
  • Maintain accurate records and files related to property management activities Sage and other property management software.
  • Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, providing excellent customer service and addressing tenant concerns promptly.
  • Prepare lease agreements, calculate AFR's and other City housing programs while ensuring compliance with ALL policies and regulations.
  • Manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track interactions with tenants and prospects.
  • Perform administrative duties such as filing, Sage data entry, and preparing reports for management review.

Qualifications

  • RGI & Housing administration, support rent-geared-to-income(RGI) reviews and prepare Annual-File-Reviews (AFR) is a must.
  • Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills in both English, (French is a bonus).
  • Familiarity with Sage software is a key.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive relationships with tenants.
  • Proficient in administrative tasks with strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
