We Need: Service Manager/Advisor

Specific Duties / Requirements:

  • Experienced in providing exceptional customer service.
  • Work directly with customers in an advisor role, create quotes and sell repair orders
  • Work with and manage technicians
  • Work with the manufacturer on warranty claims
  • Develop and maintain a culture that values excellent customer service through effective training, coaching and talent management.
  • Reviews and implements Service Centre policies and procedures that improve the Customer Experience through high quality repairs and building customer relationships.
  • Develops and implements a long-term strategy and action plan to attract and retain customers.
  • Coaches team members to provide excellent customer service.
  • Recruits, develops, motivates, recognizes and holds accountable a team that will meet established objectives and targets for sales and profitability.
  • Improves sales and profitability for the Service Centre.
  • Other duties as required by management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record as a service advisor or manager
  • New car experience an asset
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Motivate and maintain a positive team environment for your staff
