  • Stay current on automotive products, services, and industry trends
What You Bring:
  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role; automotive experience is considered a strong asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with computers and data entry
  • Availability to work Full-Time hours
  • A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Why You'll Love Working At Bruce Chrysler:

  • Competitive pay plan with a base hourly rate + bonus structure.
  • Enjoy a healthy work/life balance with Paid Personal Time Off.
  • Set yourself up for financial success with a Group RRSP with Matching Contributions, TFSA & VIP Banking Services.

  • Defined Growth Path with a company that promotes from within. Strong performers are developed into Senior Service Advisor roles, Service and Fixed Operations Management, and other leadership opportunities throughout our growing Auto Group.
  • Real Coaching & Development with structured onboarding, ongoing training, and one-on-one coaching — not just a desk and a title. Our leadership team is actively involved in helping you build your skills, succeed in your role, and grow your career.
