Customer Service Representative – Greenwich Office

AA Munro Insurance is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Greenwich office. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to build a long-term career in the insurance industry.

As a CSR, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients while supporting our sales and service teams. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive, professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person, by telephone, and through email correspondence.
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding personal insurance products, coverage options, billing, and claims processes.
  • Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements accurately and efficiently.
  • Review insurance needs with clients and identify opportunities to recommend additional products and coverage solutions.
  • Prepare insurance quotes and assist with the sale of new personal lines policies.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation within the Applied Epic Broker Management System.
  • Enter data, update policy information, and ensure files are complete and compliant with company and insurer requirements.
  • Work closely with insurance carriers to secure quotes, process transactions, and resolve client concerns.
  • Assist with retention efforts by proactively contacting clients and ensuring renewal business is retained whenever possible.
  • Support branch goals and contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace culture.
  • Stay current on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends through ongoing training and development.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Personal Lines Insurance experience is considered a strong asset.
  • Experience using the Applied Epic Broker Management System (EPIC) is preferred.
  • Licensed or willing to obtain a General Insurance licence.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and general computer systems.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to teamwork.
