Full job description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Rims & Tire Sales Associate/Cashier/Customer Service to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about the automotive industry, enjoys helping customers, and has knowledge of wheels, tires, fitments, and vehicle applications. You will assist customers in selecting the right products, provide exceptional service, and help achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
  • Recommend rims and tires based on customer needs, vehicle specifications, and budget.
  • Explain product features, benefits, warranties, and available promotions.
  • Prepare quotes, process sales, and follow up on customer inquiries.
  • Maintain product knowledge on leading tire and wheel brands.
  • Verify wheel and tire fitments for various vehicle makes and models.
  • Coordinate with the installation team to ensure accurate and timely service.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked showroom.
  • Assist with inventory management, receiving shipments, and merchandising displays.
  • Meet individual and team sales targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail or automotive sales experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of tires, rims, wheel fitments, offsets, bolt patterns, and tire sizing is an asset.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customers.
  • Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays, and Sundays if required.
  • Valid driver's license is considered an asset.

Pay: $36,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
