Full job description

Reception/Legal Assistant - the successful applicant must have the ability to manage customer relations in person at the front desk and electronically with minimal supervision. Attention to detail, confidentiality and commitment to customer service are critical.
Types of work will include phone duties, initial client interaction, setting up appointments and managing Outlook calendar, administrative work for corporations, estate planning & estates as well as some book-keeping/accounts receivable work. Experience preferred. In-office only (not remote).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $39,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
