Full job description

Gunther Construction (1988) Ltd. is a General Contractor that has been active in the industrial field for over 50 years. We have a wide range of industrial and commercial experience, with a specialization in foundations and concrete projects. We are currently looking for a Field Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project manager and field superintendent to ensure project success
  • Complete site inspections and progress checks
  • Complete required documentation (change orders, RFI's, etc.)
  • Coordinate subcontractors
  • Order supplies and materials
  • Communicate with and coordinate field crew
  • Communicate with customers

Qualifications:

  • Civil Engineering Technology (CET), Journeyman trade tickets, or other applicable schooling is an asset
  • Previous field coordination experience is required
  • Strong ability to read construction drawings/shop drawings
  • Effective communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
  • Works well with others, hardworking, and highly organized.

Pay: $45.00-$56.00 per hour
