Full job description

Aosom Canada Inc. is an eCommerce company specializing in home goods and a wide range of products. We are currently seeking a Warehouse Clerk to support the daily operations of our new 440,000 sq.ft. distribution center. The ideal candidate will assist the Warehouse Manager in handling order processing, documentation, and warehouse workflow coordination. This position requires excellent computer skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist the Warehouse Manager in coordinating daily warehouse operations including order processing, shipping, receiving, and returns.
  • Print pick lists, packing slips, shipping labels, and other order-related documents accurately and promptly.
  • Prepare and maintain warehouse reports and documentation such as inbound/outbound records, inventory adjustments, and return logs.
  • Enter and update data in the warehouse management system (ERP or Excel-based), ensuring information accuracy.
  • Communicate with internal departments (Customer Service, Purchasing, Logistics) to ensure order accuracy and smooth workflow.
  • Track and follow up on shipments and delivery schedules when necessary.
  • Support the setup and optimization of warehouse processes, documentation flow, and filing systems.
  • Assist in maintaining safety and operational compliance records.
  • Provide administrative support including report generation, filing, and coordination of work schedules.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse administrative or logistics support role preferred.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook) — must be comfortable handling data and spreadsheets.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory systems, or ERP is an asset.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin (verbal and written).
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Post-secondary education in business, logistics, or a related field preferred.
