Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated receptionist to join our #AOmazing team. You will play a vital role in providing initial support for patients on their orthodontic journey with scheduling, intake referrals, finalizing contracts and financial plans and supporting them as they navigate appointments, insurance reimbursement while supporting the team with efficient flow of the office with records, sterilization, and more!

Experience:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
