Sales Consultant – Lindsay, ON

Campbell Monument Co. Ltd., an employee-owned company serving Ontario families and communities since 1909, is seeking a motivated and professional Sales Consultant to join our Lindsay location.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, building relationships, and helping customers make important purchasing decisions. While serving families remains our highest priority, this role is also focused on developing community relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping grow our presence throughout the Kawartha Lakes region.

Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Responsibilities

  • Meet with families to assist in selecting memorials, markers, restoration services, and related products.
  • Guide customers through the purchasing process with professionalism and compassion.
  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, cemetery applications, and related documentation.
  • Follow up on inquiries and sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate projects with cemeteries, production and installation teams.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with local cemeteries, municipalities, funeral homes, and community organizations.
  • Represent Campbell Monument and Lindsay Monument within the local community.
  • Support local marketing and community outreach initiatives.
  • Maintain a professional showroom and office environment.
  • Contribute to branch sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
  • Professional, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments.
  • Sales experience is an asset but not required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office is an asset.
  • Valid driver's licence required.
