The Opportunity:

We are seeking highly motivated, enthusiastic, and self-driven Sales Representatives to join our growing team. As a CT Gutters Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand, educating homeowners about the necessity of

proper gutter systems and closing sales that ensure long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities (What you will do):

Sales Presentation & Education: Conduct on-site consultations with prospective clients, accurately identifying property needs for gutter systems.

Needs Assessment: Educate homeowners on the risks of poor drainage and how CT Gutters’ solutions provide superior protection and curb appeal.

Sales Goal Achievement: Consistently work to achieve our operational goal of securing 10 closed sales per week.

Closing Sales: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to final contract signing.

CRM Management: Maintain detailed records of all interactions, leads, and prospects within Salesrabbit

Teamwork: Collaborate with our installation team to ensure smooth project execution and high customer satisfaction rates.

Compensation & Performance Goals:

We believe in paying our representatives what they are worth. Our model is built around consistent effort leading to significant rewards.

Base Pay: Competitive starting base salary provided, ensuring stability while you ramp up your sales knowledge.

Commission Structure: Highly lucrative commission on every sale closed. The earning potential here is *unlimited*.

Performance Goal (KPI): Our department's primary goal is for representatives to average 10 closed sales per week. Achieving this target results in accelerated commissions, bonuses, and incentives.

Qualifications (What you bring):

* Proven experience in high-volume consultative or B2C field sales preferred (Experience with home improvement/construction is a bonus).

* Excellent interpersonal communication skills; the ability to build trust quickly with strangers.

* Highly motivated, self-starter mentality—you must be driven by commission and goal achievement.

* Professional presentation and strong organizational skills.

* Must possess reliable transportation for field visits.
