Full job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & HR Clerk to join our team at Allcard Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for processing payroll and benefits administration accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. This role will also work closely with employees, following up on HR and payroll inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Process payroll for employees accurately and on time.
  • Collect time and attendance records, verifying data, and addressing basic payroll errors or inquiries.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Perform account reconciliations related to payroll activities.
  • Ensure accurate employee data management.
  • Assist with HR and benefits administration, answering employee inquiries, and helping with enrollment processes.
  • Completion of compensation and benefit data entry and documentation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in payroll processing is required
  • Experience working in HR is preferred
  • Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable functions is preferred.
  • Familiarity with payroll and HR management software (e.g., Dayforce, HUMI) is an asset.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $48,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
