Job Synopsis

Production Associate plays a key role in meeting production targets while ensuring quality standards and pricing procedures are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities

Production/Workroom Associates ensure product is processed efficiently, key role in keeping product selection, quantity and quality are maintained on the retail floor. Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Ensure product quality standards are sorting procedures are adhered to,
  • Product sorting and pricing,
  • Assist volunteers in the pricing and sorting out donations,
  • Workroom organization,
  • Keep the processing area clean and clear of debris,
  • Other tasks assigned by either the Production Manager or the General Manager,
  • Cover cash desk as required.

Base salary: $45,228

Benefits
