Full job description

Broken Hill is looking for a reliable, experienced line cook for a full time position. Experience with line cooking is a must. Pastry experience is required.

Who We Are: We are a fast paced restaurant and bar with a focus on Southern inspired BBQ, Craft beer and Whiskey. If you have a strong attention to detail, enjoy fast paced work, take pride in your work and can work well independently, this is the position for you.

Reports To: Head Chef and Sous Chefs

Essential Responsibilities: Light prep, stocking, line cooking. Plating and preparing dishes up to spec, kitchen cleanliness, completing checklists, upholding company values.

Definition of Success: Speed and organization are a must! You should be able to work with high volume line cooking, move quickly and efficiently, with high attention to detail. Cleanliness and positive attitude are a must.
