Seeking a strong, experienced server to join a solid team for 3-4 brunch shifts - Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays 7:30-3:30. You have a get-it-done sunny attitude, strong guest service skills, and a high level of professionalism. Across all our departments we have enthusiastic people who communicate well and work hard to bring an experience of excellence and authentic friendliness to our guests. Responsibilities

  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems like Veloce
  • Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation quality
  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas according to food safety regulations
  • Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management skills
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
  • Follow all sanitation, safety, and health regulations in food handling and serving

Skills

  • Proven experience in food service or restaurant environment with knowledge of the food industry standards
