Full job description

Overview

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and professional Servers to join our team immediately. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and experience in food service environments. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing a memorable dining experience to guests by delivering prompt, courteous, and efficient service. Prior experience with POS systems such as Micros POS, food handling, and restaurant operations is highly preferred. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where guest satisfaction is our top priority.

Duties

  • Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately while providing exceptional guest service
  • Utilize POS systems, including Micros POS, for order entry and cashiering functions
  • Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management and organization
  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
  • Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards are maintained at all times
  • Assist in food preparation and kitchen operations as needed
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations for billing purposes
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, utensils, and service stations
  • Provide guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction

Requirements

  • Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods and multitask efficiently
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy
  • Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
  • Experience in serving, upselling menu items, and providing excellent guest services
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as required
