SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat mastery is a must. Familiarity with Premiere, After Effects, XD etc is an asset.
- Must possess impeccable design sense: attention to detail, strong typographic skills, understanding of information hierarchy, colour theory and, composition.
- Be versatile in both print & interactive design with the ability to create press-ready and web-ready files.
- Clean craft skills with the ability to help the team prepare presentation boards, props, and other materials.
- Understand and respect brand standards and existing client strategy
- An understanding of web design, mobile design and print design as it relates to user experience (UX) and user interface design (UI) is highly sought after.
- Other creative skills (photography, illustration, copywriting, animation, etc) are a definite plus.
- Previous experience is not required (but bring it on if you have it)
WHAT YOU HAVE
- Must have a graphic design undergraduate degree/diploma and preferably a graduate degree from an Art and Design institution.
- Excellent organizational skills using digital tools.
- Ability to follow the Agency’s creative process.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Proactive, talented and motivated with a great attitude and willingness to jump in and help however needed.
