Nature’s Emporium is a specialty grocery and wellness retailer dedicated to helping our customers Eat Well, Live Better. We offer a thoughtfully curated assortment of natural, organic, and wellness focused products, supported by knowledgeable teams and a strong commitment to quality, integrity, and community.

We are looking for a full-time Juice Bar Clerk/ Customer Service

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Providing responsive, exceptional service to customers by answering questions, making wellness bar recommendations, providing samples, and responding to requests
  • Recommending and providing nutritional information on products
  • Preparing juices, smoothies, coffees, etc.
  • Ensuring that work areas are ready to service customers by cleaning surfaces, equipment, and floors, removing trash, and confirming that tools are in working order
  • Following all food safety and sanitation procedures established by the company and other regulatory agencies
  • Cooperating with others to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Works as a store cashier depending on peak times

Qualifications and Skills

  • Ability to lift heavy items, ranging from 25 to 50 lbs., and operate equipment and tools such as knives, juicers, blenders, scales, cash registers, etc.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and math skills.
  • Ability to comprehend and follow all company procedures and regulations regarding food handling and sanitation.
  • A courteous and efficient approach to handling customer requests, questions, and complaints.
  • Previous juice bar or barista experience
