Fabrication Welder

You

Role

  • Read specifications of blueprints, drawings and welding symbols.
  • Complete Work Order (W.O.) specifications
  • Complete daily job tasks by end of shift
  • Quality welds, clean crisp welds with zero spatter and welded in right orientation.
  • Following and completing checklists with each product.
  • Ensure you are adhering to all Safety and Health rules.
  • Ensure you are receptive to training and certified in all facets of the job and can perform tasks at a high level.
  • Fulfill expectations, maintain accountability, follow expected attendance.
  • Ensure the department is always clean and organized.
  • Participate in maintenance of tools.

Pay:

  • No experience: Starting pay is $21.50 /hr
  • 3 + Years experience: Starting pay is $26.00 /hr
  • Growth Opportunities: Up to $32.00 /hr
  • Overtime Available!
