Join Our Team: Full-Time Overnight/Night Audit Concierge
Location: The Verity Women’s Club & The Ivy at Verity Hotel

Are you a calm, dependable “people person” who thrives in a upscale professional environment? The Verity Women’s Club and The Ivy at Verity,Toronto’s premier private women’s club and boutique hotel is seeking a personable and responsible Overnight Concierge to join our team on a full-time basis.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently while ensuring members and hotel guests feel safe, supported, and well cared for throughout the night.

What You’ll Do

As the Overnight Concierge, you will be the primary point of contact for members and hotel guests during late-night hours, helping ensure a smooth, comfortable, and secure overnight experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming late-arriving guests and assisting with overnight check-ins and early departures
  • Monitoring the front desk and maintaining a secure, calm environment overnight
  • Responding to guest requests, phone calls, and emails with professionalism and efficiency
  • Processing payments and completing guest transactions as needed
  • Coordinating transportation, reservations, or guest services for the following day
  • Performing nightly administrative tasks, reports, and system updates
  • Conducting light property checks and ensuring public areas remain tidy and well maintained
  • Supporting early morning preparations and assisting with shift handover to daytime staff

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a hotel concierge, front desk, or guest services role
  • A calm, professional communicator who is confident working independently
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable multitasking and handling guest requests overnight
  • Tech-savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset)
  • Strong problem-solving skills, reliability, and a positive attitude
  • Consistent availability for overnight shifts including weekends and holidays
