We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Representative to join our growing team.

What You'll Be Doing
- Engage with customers in our showroom, by phone, email, and through B2B sales channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with spa owners, salon operators, estheticians, wellness professionals, and medical spa clients
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads
- Present products, conduct demonstrations, and recommend customized solutions based on client needs
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales agreements
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain an active sales pipeline
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Provide product knowledge, guidance, and after-sales support
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Maintain professional showroom standards and stay up to date on product knowledge
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in beauty, spa, salon, wellness, aesthetic, medical, or related industries
- Experience with B2B sales and business development
- Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and sales activities
- Existing network within the beauty, wellness, or spa industry
- Mandarin or Cantonese language skills are considered an asset
