We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Medical Office Assistant who will focus on working directly with our physician specialists to serve as a key point of contact for our patients. What you’ll do

Patient Coordination: Manage complex scheduling and intake procedures to ensure a seamless flow for our providers and patients.

Digital Workflow Management: Utilize Accuro, and Ocean for electronic medical records (EMR) and patient communications.

Compliance & Privacy: Maintain strict adherence to PHIA regulations while managing sensitive health information and clinical documentation.

Clinic Support: Handle multi-line phone systems, patient care plans, and follow-up correspondence with a high level of professionalism and punctuality.

Collaborative Care: Work closely with our healthcare team to optimize daily operations and enhance the overall patient journey.

Qualifications

Experience: 1+ years of experience as a Medical Office Assistant or in Health Care Administration.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with EMR systems (specifically Accuro and Ocean) and Microsoft Office.

Certification: Medical Office Assistant or equivalent certificate is preferred.

Soft Skills: Exceptional phone etiquette, a "client-first" mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
