Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Treatment Coordinator to join our oral surgery practice. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through treatment plans and ensuring a smooth patient experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, familiarity with dental and medical terminology, and proficiency in dental office management software. The Treatment Coordinator will work closely with the clinical team to facilitate treatment acceptance and coordinate patient care efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Present an explain treatment plans to patients, addressing questions and concerns effectively
  • Coordinate and discuss financial arrangements and payment options
  • Collaberate closely with the Doctors and clinical team
  • Follow up with patients regarding pending or unscheduled treatment
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Experience

  • Prior experience as a dental experience required (oral surgery experience preferred)
  • RDA (Registered Dental Assistant) , experience strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of dental implants considered an asset
  • Strong understanding of dental terminology and treatment planning
  • Professional, organized, and detailed-organized
  • Ability to Multitask in a fast paced environment

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week

Work Location: In person
