Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Clinic Administrator to lead the daily operations of our healthcare facility. This vital role involves managing administrative functions, coordinating clinical staff, overseeing patient services, and ensuring smooth clinic workflows. Duties

  • Oversee the daily administrative operations of the clinic, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently
  • Manage electronic medical records systems, Health quest EMR is an asset.
  • Supervise clinical and administrative staff, providing guidance on human resources policies and performance management
  • Coordinate patient scheduling, billing, and insurance processing to optimize patient flow and revenue cycle management
  • Maintain compliance with medical terminology standards, privacy regulations, and healthcare protocols
  • Assist in budgeting activities, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities
  • Support hospital or acute care teams by facilitating communication between departments and ensuring resource availability

Experience

  • Proven experience in a medical office environment with a strong understanding of healthcare operations
  • Supervising experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating leadership capabilities and team development skills
  • Familiarity with Health Quest (EHR) systems is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, billing procedures, and insurance processes
  • Experience in hospital or acute care settings is advantageous
  • Background in human resources management within healthcare environments
  • Prior involvement in budgeting, financial planning, or resource allocation in a healthcare context
