Who We Are Looking For:
We are currently seeking an Emergency Service Dispatcher in Disaster Restoration to join our Amazing Team!
Job Description:
- Scheduling and monitoring Emergency Services team to meet our client needs.
- Dispatching technicians to various jobs and work sites; providing them with all relevant details concerning service to be provided according to priority.
- Communicate status of emergency files to project managers and clients.
- Point of contact for emergency technicians.
- Organize, maintain, and coordinate office records and files in their proper locations.
- Assist in other areas of the company, when needed.
Qualifications:
- Great organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize different tasks with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills (Outlook, Word & Excel).
- Problem-solving skills with fantastic interpersonal skills.
- Experience using Xactimate & PSA are considered an asset.
- Experience in disaster restoration is an asset.
