Job Overview:
Raptors Line Haul Inc. is seeking an experienced trucking dispatcher to manage up to 15 trucks across cross-border (Canada–USA) and domestic lanes. This is a senior-level role for someone who can run the entire operation — booking freight, managing drivers, and resolving issues efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Dispatch and coordinate up to 25 trucks for cross-border and domestic shipments.
  • Book freight through load boards, brokers, and direct customers.
  • Manage driver schedules, compliance, and hours of service.
  • Resolve operational issues, delays, and emergencies quickly.
  • Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers professionally.
  • Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years trucking dispatch experience (cross-border required).
  • Strong knowledge of freight booking and industry regulations (FMCSA, DOT, MTO, Customs).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to be available for urgent issues outside regular hours.

Assets:

  • Hazmat, CTPAT, and Canadian Bonded freight experience.
  • Established customer or broker relationships.
  • Bilingual (English/French) is an asset but not required.
