The ideal candidate brings strong proficiency in CAD and 3D modeling, an eye for manufacturability, and the ability to create products that resonate with a Gen Z/Gen Alpha audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop original product concepts (accessories, packaging, retail fixtures, branded objects) aligned with the brand aesthetic

Create detailed visual concepts and renderings using digital tools or by hand

Build accurate 3D models and production-ready files for prototyping and manufacturing

Collaborate with the Creative Director to refine concepts and meet design briefs

Develop specifications, tolerances, and material callouts for manufacturing partners

Source and evaluate materials, finishes, and production methods

Modify designs based on feedback while maintaining the original design intent

Ensure final deliverables are manufacturing-ready and aligned with brand standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial or product design

Proficiency in CAD (e.g., Rhino, SolidWorks, Fusion 360) and 3D modeling software (Blender or similar)

Knowledge of manufacturing processes (injection molding, CNC, casting, sheet metal, etc.) and design-for-manufacturing principles

Understanding of ergonomics, scale, tolerances, and material limitations

Ability to sketch by hand or digitally to communicate design intent

Familiarity with rendering software (KeyShot, V-Ray, or similar) for high-quality visual presentations

Strong portfolio demonstrating products taken from concept to production

Preferred (Not Required):

Familiarity with jewelry fabrication and casting techniques

Background in visual arts, fashion, or accessory design

Experience with packaging and retail/POP display design

Familiarity with streetwear-inspired aesthetics and small-batch manufacturing

If you're a creative individual with a passion for design and possess the skills above, we encourage you to apply.
