We’re looking for a friendly, dependable person who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in getting things right, and is curious about how things work. If you like meeting people, staying active, and learning useful skills, from delivering great service to maintaining coffee equipment, this could be a great place to build your next chapter.

Your work will include deliveries, shopping, preparing orders, and supporting our warehouse operation. You’ll also receive training in coffee equipment and water filtration service, including cleaning, preventive maintenance, filter changes, installation assistance, and basic repairs.

What the work involves

  • Driving a company vehicle to deliver products to offices throughout Toronto and the GTA.
  • Loading, unloading, carrying deliveries into buildings, and stocking customer supplies.
  • Picking, packing, and checking orders for accuracy.
  • Shopping for groceries and supplies, checking quantities, sizes, freshness, and prices.
  • Receiving shipments and keeping inventory, vehicles, and work areas organized.
  • Learning to clean, maintain, troubleshoot, and service coffee and water equipment.
  • Communicating clearly with customers and colleagues.
  • Helping prepare orders, equipment, and supplies for the following day.

The mix changes with the workload. You must be comfortable contributing across all these areas, including routine packing, shopping, and cleaning as you develop your technical skills.

What you’ll bring

  • A valid Ontario G driver’s licence and a clean driving record.
  • Confidence driving in Toronto and the GTA, including downtown.
  • Reliable attendance and the ability to arrive ready to work for a 7:30 a.m. start.
  • Attention to detail: checking your work, following instructions, and noticing when something is wrong.
  • Practical ability and an interest in tools, equipment, and problem-solving.
  • A professional, friendly manner in customers’ offices.
  • Comfort using smartphone apps, checklists, and basic digital work records.
  • Ability to perform physical work, including regular loading, carrying, bending, and lifting items up to 50 lb, using appropriate equipment and assistance.

Hospitality, delivery, warehouse, grocery, installation, maintenance, vending, or equipment service experience can all be useful. Relevant practical experience outside paid employment is welcome too.

You do not need previous coffee machine repair experience. You do need to be ready to learn, follow a process, ask questions, and apply what you’ve been taught.

Schedule and compensation

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday, normally starting at 7:30 a.m.
  • Work begins at our warehouse in South Etobicoke.
  • Starting salary of $50,000 to $54,000 annually, based on relevant experience and abilities.
  • Paid training and a company vehicle for work duties.
  • Opportunities to take on additional responsibility as your skills develop.
