  • CI/CD Process Ownership: Lead and enhance CI/CD processes to increase deployment speed and frequency.
  • System Observability: Provide guidance on system observability, including secure logging, performance monitoring, and data anonymization.
  • Collaboration: Work with Agile Delivery Leads to ensure technical needs are captured in the product backlog.
  • Technical Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert for CRM and LOS platforms, APIs, and integrations.
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Promote thorough documentation and knowledge transfer for future initiatives
  • Vendor Quality: Ensure vendor delivered solutions are technically sound and meet the security, performance, and business expectations of Servus Credit Union.

What you Bring:

  • Several years of hands-on experience with CRM and LOS platforms (e.g., Salesforce), agile development, and technical leadership.
  • Experience with programming languages (e.g., C#, SQL, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS), APIs, and microservices architecture.

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Deep expertise in LOS and CRM platform architecture, configuration, and integration.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Ability to lead technical teams and mentor developers.

Other Role Requirements:

  • Work Arrangement is Remote First, with few in person required sessions per year.
  • The business may from time to time ask for branch and/or department support for special projects and/or areas experiencing staff shortages. All employees may be asked to volunteer to assist in areas of need during these times. These assignments could result in a change of hours, location, and/or travel.
