Are you passionate about hospitality and enjoy leading a team to create a welcoming, spotless environment? We’re looking for a Cleaning Team Lead to join our team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests and residents.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and support the housekeeping team to deliver top-quality cleaning and service.
  • Train, motivate, and lead housekeepers to meet company standards.
  • Inspect client spaces, and common areas to ensure they meet cleanliness and hygiene guidelines.
  • Assign daily tasks, and manage daily operations.
  • Handle supplies and inventory needed for the day ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Report and resolve any issues promptly to maintain a safe and pleasant environment.
  • Clean along side the team. This is a hands on field position.

What We’re Looking For:

  • English skills (spoken and written).
  • Valid work permit to be employed in Canada.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping (3+ years), preferably in hospitality.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends or holidays if needed.
  • Drivers license and ability to drive.
