We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Parts Manager to lead our parts department with enthusiasm and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the procurement, inventory management, and distribution of parts essential to our operations. Your expertise will ensure seamless supply chain processes, optimize stock levels, and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire parts inventory, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution to ensure availability and minimize downtime.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating pricing, delivery terms, and sourcing strategies to secure the best value.
  • Coordinate procurement activities with manufacturing or service teams to meet production schedules and customer needs efficiently.
  • Oversee purchasing processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and budget constraints while optimizing supply chain operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting technicians, service advisors, or clients with parts inquiries and order status updates.
  • Conduct regular stock audits, analyze demand trends, and implement sourcing strategies to improve inventory turnover and reduce excess stock.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a dealership or manufacturing parts department with a strong understanding of supply chain management.
  • Demonstrated ability in data entry with high attention to detail for accurate inventory records.
  • Experience in purchasing negotiations and procurement processes that maximize value while maintaining quality standards.
