Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Directeur(trice) des opérations afin de superviser nos activités au Québec et de soutenir la croissance de notre portefeuille hôtelier.
Le bilinguisme est obligatoire. Les candidats doivent maîtriser le français et l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
Responsabilités
- Superviser les opérations des hôtels sous votre responsabilité.
- Encadrer, accompagner et soutenir les directeurs généraux ainsi que les équipes de direction.
- Assurer le respect des normes et standards des marques Hilton, Marriott et autres enseignes.
- Optimiser les résultats financiers, la satisfaction de la clientèle et la performance opérationnelle.
- Analyser les budgets, prévisions, états financiers et indicateurs de performance.
- Identifier des occasions d'améliorer l'efficacité, la rentabilité et les opérations.
- Effectuer des visites régulières des établissements, des audits opérationnels et des évaluations de performance.
- Participer aux ouvertures, rénovations, conversions et projets spéciaux.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes des finances, ventes et marketing, gestion des revenus, ressources humaines et développement.
- Promouvoir une culture de responsabilisation, de collaboration et d'amélioration continue.
Qualifications
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
- Minimum de 7 années d'expérience progressive en gestion des opérations hôtelières.
- Expérience avec des marques hôtelières reconnues à l'échelle internationale telles que Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, IHG ou l'équivalent.
- Une expérience en gestion de plusieurs établissements constitue un atout.
- Excellente compréhension des finances hôtelières, de la budgétisation, des prévisions et des rapports de performance.
- Solides compétences en leadership, communication et résolution de problèmes.
- Disponibilité pour des déplacements à travers le Québec, au besoin.

As we continue to expand, we're looking for an experienced Director of Operations to lead our Quebec portfolio and play a key role in supporting future growth.
The Role
The Director of Operations will oversee the operational performance of multiple hotels, working closely with General Managers and corporate leadership to ensure brand compliance, financial success, service excellence, and team development.
This role requires a strategic leader who understands branded hotel operations and can balance day-to-day operational support with long-term growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the performance of assigned hotels across the region.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and support to General Managers and hotel leadership teams.
- Ensure compliance with Hilton, Marriott, and other brand standards.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Analyze financial performance, budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators.
- Develop and execute operational improvement plans.
- Lead property openings, transitions, renovations, and brand conversions when required.
- Conduct regular property visits, operational audits, and performance reviews.
- Partner with corporate teams including Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management, Finance, HR, and Development.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and French (spoken and written) is required.
- 7+ years of progressive hotel operations leadership experience.
- Multi-property leadership experience is considered a strong asset.
- Previous experience managing branded hotels such as Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, IHG, or similar internationally recognized hotel brands is required.
- Strong understanding of hotel financials, forecasting, budgeting, and operational reporting.
- Proven ability to lead teams, develop talent, and drive performance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
